1. Multi-Project Management & Execution
• Manage up to 15 parallel integration and value creation projects per year.
• Translate strategic goals into concrete project plans with milestones, KPIs, and clear responsibilities.
• Ensure that all projects are implemented in a structured, efficient, and measurable way.
• Maintain a central project portfolio and prepare regular management reports.
2. Integration of New Companies
• Apply the Integration Playbook (governance, finance, HR, IT, reporting, legal).
• Manage all relevant workstreams from acquisition to operational stabilization.
• Collaborate with founders and managing directors to realize synergies and harmonize processes.
• Ensure that integration is understood as a partnership – respecting local identity.
3. Value Creation Initiatives
• Manage group-wide value creation programs, such as:
- Pricing optimization and margin improvement,
- Synergy and efficiency initiatives (procurement, processes, IT),
- Coaching and enablement of local management teams,
- Cross-selling programs,
- Governance and performance improvements.
• Track economic effects (EBITDA, cash, costs).
• Prepare clear presentations and management reports in PowerPoint to visualize progress and impact.
4. Governance & Reporting
• Maintain a clear reporting structure for integration and value creation.
• Monitor KPIs, success metrics, and reporting standards.
• Prepare decision papers, management presentations, and investor reports of high visual quality.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and required actions at an early stage.
5. Collaboration & Leadership Without Direct Authority
• Work at eye level with managing directors and senior leaders.
• Lead through structure, clarity, and trust – not hierarchy.
• Act as a bridge between central and local teams.
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with entrepreneurial personalities.
